New Scrapveyor^™ II Features Tougher Construction And No Carry-Over

March 2000 Kalamazoo, MI.   Prab Conveyors announces its next generation of Scrapveyor™ New features for the Scrapveyor™ include heavy duty cast flights, cast flight carriers, an 85% increase in chain pull capacity (allowing single units to exceed 400' in length), larger 18" sprockets and a new rotating cam design which reduces friction and noise.  The new Scrapveyor II is designed to convey and elevate all types of metal scrap, wet or dry, from stamping or machining operations. Its unique self-cleaning design provides a positive discharge, eliminating the problem of scrap carry-over and the expense of constant pit clean-up.  The low-maintenance Scrapveyor II (less than ½ the number of moving parts of a hinged belt conveyor) is available as a single unit or complete system.
